We are pleased to announce, we will be hosting the 26th Annual Kern County Veteran Stand Down on Thursday, October 9, 2025
The event will be held at Stramler Park, 3805 Chester Avenue, Bakersfield.
The Stand Down is a safe retreat for all veterans, including homeless veterans, to receive supportive services to renew their spirit, health, and overall sense of well being. The program is successful because it brings these services to one location, making them more accessible to Kern County's homeless veterans.
