Make a critical impact when it matters most. We’re seeking a select group of highly skilled responders to join our International Disaster Response Team, helping communities worldwide recover and rebuild after emergencies. Your expertise and dedication can bring hope and relief to those in need.
International Disaster Response Roster

Deployments typically last a minimum of six weeks and up to three months and involve working in challenging, low-resource environments alongside international and local partners.
You will work in challenging environments where resources, infrastructure, and systems may differ significantly from those in your home country, while adhering to international humanitarian standards. Collaboration, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity are key.
Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Role Overview
As a CVA Coordinator, you will work in collaboration with National Societies, Movement partners, NGOs, national staff, local authorities, and affected communities to plan, coordinate, and implement CVA components of disaster response in relief and recovery phases.
In large-scale responses, you may manage a team of deployed CVA Officers focusing on different tasks. In small or medium-scale responses, you may manage a CVA program individually. CVA Coordinators are typically deployed as part of an Emergency Response Unit (ERU) or surge team supporting National Societies.
