This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) International Services Department (ISD). This is a 100% virtual (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. Volunteer will need reliable access to resources needed to volunteer virtually. This role will provide administrative management support and assist in the execution of workforce engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as support for the Senior Director regarding administrative matters related to unit run business initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, and communication.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update senior leadership on the progress and impact of the strategies, highlighting key achievements and areas for further focus.
- Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of unit strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Create actionable plans with clearly defined objectives, timelines, and performance metrics to monitor the progress and success of unit strategies.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to develop comprehensive, long-term administrative strategies aimed at fostering a desired organizational culture and maximizing workforce engagement.
Qualifications
Required:
- Reliable access to resources needed to volunteer 100% virtually
- Experience developing or supporting the development of workforce engagement strategies and programs
- Experience improving team cohesion and work culture
- Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with different stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm and creativity
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- A strong understanding and experience of working in large/matrixed organizations
- Team and relationship-building, talent management, and succession planning skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with volunteers strongly preferred
- Meeting Planning experience
