Expand hope across borders! As a Restoring Family Links Outreach Team Member, you’ll help reconnect families separated by armed conflict, migration, disasters, or other humanitarian emergencies. Key Responsibilities
- Be a Connector: Build relationships with community organizations, faith groups, schools, and media to spread awareness of Restoring Family Links services.
- Lead Outreach Efforts: Support and implement strategies that expand our reach and strengthen community resilience.
- Grow Our Network: Identify and develop new partnerships to amplify impact.
- Share Knowledge: Collaborate with Red Cross teams to exchange best practices and strengthen partnerships.
- Champion Our Mission: Represent the Red Cross at events and presentations, inspiring others to join the movement.

Development Opportunities
This position offers the opportunity to develop an array of professional skills including public speaking, networking, event management, logistics, community resilience building, capacity building for your chapter. In addition, the outreach team member is able to contribute meaningfully to a program which serves families who have been internationally separated due to crisis, conflict, migration and/or disaster.

International Services Leads in the Regions within your Division. Restoring Family Links team at National Headquarters, other International Services/Service to Armed Forces paid and volunteer staff.
