NHQ:CIO - Azure Infrastructure Engineer
This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) Innovation department. This is a remote (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. This is a 100% virtual (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. The Azure Infrastructure Engineer designs, orchestrates, and supports the deployment infrastructure for custom application development. This role will utilize the IaaS and PaaS services provided by the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the different teams within the Innovation Group
- Work with external groups, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Information Security
- Develop and provide architecture diagrams for proposed solutions
- Develop infrastructure build scripts for deployment pipeline, CI/CD
- Participate in new project startup meeting to develop the infrastructure roadmap
- Orchestrate the procurement process and approvals to build out the infrastructure
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience working on infrastructure design in Azure
- Lucid Chart / Microsoft Visio
- At least 2 years’ experience working on infrastructure build scripts
- Bicep, Terra Form, ARM Templates
- Experience with Microservices and REST based HTTP/2 architectures
- Strong communication skills and a passion to drive projects from start to finish
- Resume required
