NHQ:CIO - Innovation Team Volunteer Partner
This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) Chief Innovation Office (CIO) team. This is a 100% virtual (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. The Innovation Team Volunteer Partner supports the NHQ:CIO (Innovation Team) on projects, such as engaging a network of volunteers to contribute to social/open innovation efforts, user interviews and research, app beta testing, project management or project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support with projects such as:
- social/open innovation efforts
- user interviews and research
- app beta testing
- project management
- project execution
- Supervise a team of user tester volunteers
- Attend weekly and/or biweekly team meetings
Qualifications
Required:
- Reliable access to resources needed to volunteer 100% virtually
- Experience creating technology products (such as websites or mobile applications)
- Understanding of American Red Cross philosophies
- Understanding of project management
- Experience supervising a team of volunteers or employees
- Willingness to comply with current public health and Red Cross policies

- American Red Cross Orientation
- On the Job Training will be provided as appropriate
