U.S. Army Dental Health Activity-Hawaii Dental Assistant Training Program Application SUMMER 2026

Along with submission of this form, a resume and two letters of recommendation, qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

Applicants must possess a valid military DoD ID card. Family members of active-duty military personnel will be given priority consideration; however military retirees may also apply
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Possess minimum education of High School diploma (or equivalent)
Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English language fluently.

Applicants must be able to complete onboarding process that includes:

Obtain American Red Cross CPR BLS certification before July 13, 2026 (coupon code provided upon selection)
Be current on all required immunizations
If applicable - secure child care (no stipends provided)
Possess health insurance plan for duration of training program (TRICARE preferred)
Successful completion of the background check
