NCCR- LDC Delegate Registration 2026

Welcome

Welcome to the Leadership Development Center (LDC) hosted by the Northern California Coastal Region!

Join us for a 4-day youth development conference brought to you by the American Red Cross Northern California Coastal Region. This year's Leadership Development Center provides opportunities for youth ages 13-18 to develop and cultivate core leadership skills such as teamwork, public speaking, and diversity awareness, while adapting to current social distancing practices. Through presentations and small-group discussions, LDC delegates will participate in workshops on Red Cross topics, including disaster preparedness, diversity, international services, and more. We hope to build an understanding of the communities we are part of while at camp and to help participants become young leaders.

No previous Red Cross experience is required to apply.

Qualifications:

Must be age 13 - 18 and entering 9th -12th grades
Interest in learning more about the American Red Cross and developing leadership skills
5-hour service commitment to the American Red Cross following LDC

LDC Cost: Thanks to generous donors, the 2026 Leadership Development Camp is offered at no cost to our participants.

Application Deadline: Acceptance will be based on the timing of applications and available space. Application deadline is May 1, 2026.
