NCCR- LDC Delegate Registration 2025

Welcome

Welcome to the Leadership Development Center (LDC) hosted by the Northern California Coastal Region!

Join us for a 4-day youth development conference brought to you by the American Red Cross Northern California Coastal Region. This year's Leadership Development Center provides opportunities for youth ages 13-18 to develop and cultivate core leadership skills such as teamwork, public speaking and diversity awareness, while adapting to current social distancing practices. Through presentations and small group discussions, LDC delegates will participate in workshops on Red Cross topics including disaster preparedness, diversity, international services and more. We hope to build an understanding of our communities we are apart of while at camp and to help participants become young leaders.

No previous Red Cross experience is required to apply.

Qualifications:

Must be age 13 - 18, entering 9th -12th grades
Interest in learning more about the American Red Cross and developing leadership skills
5 hour service commitment to the American Red Cross following LDC

LDC Cost: Through generous support from donors, the 2025 Leadership Development Camp is offered at no cost to our participants.

Application Deadline: Acceptance will be based on application timing and space available. Application deadline is April 15, 2025.

If spaces fill or the application deadline has passed, we will keep a wait list and notify students if space becomes available. Please reach out to norcalldc@redcross.org.
