About the Position: The Leadership Development Camp (LDC) Director is a volunteer leadership position. The Camp Director works remotely year-round to provide a 1-week Leadership Development Camp for approximately 60-85 youth. This person also oversees the selection and training of 15-25 volunteer staff members. Specifically, we are looking for someone who possesses knowledge of:

Empathic listening
The power of diversity
Growth mindset
Capacity building

This volunteer position is critical to the future success of the Utah and Nevada region of the Red Cross and growth in our Youth & Young Adult programs. For that reason, an the intricate nature of programming developed, this position requires a 3-5 year commitment.
