PLEASE NOTE: All event requests must be received at least four (4) weeks prior to your event date.

This is necessary for planning purposes and for us to coordinate with our amazing volunteers who make up 90% of our workforce.

Please note that we received many more requests that we can accommodate. We will get back to you regarding next steps. If your event is several months from now, please note that it may be several weeks before we get back to you.
