If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions, you will be called shortly by a Disaster Health Services responder to discuss your answers. The Red Cross is committed to protecting the physical and emotional health of all disaster workers and wants you to be prepared for your assignment, to be successful, safe and well during your deployment. Any determination at this time will not affect your ability to participate in future deployments or activities.

Reviewers will contact disaster responders between 8 am and 1 am Eastern time. If you agree to an assignment after 1 am Eastern time (10 pm Pacific time), you will be contacted during operational hours the next morning. Your position is not assigned until this review has been completed.
