• Description The Red Cross Rattlers is functioning under the guidance and auspices of the Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross and is considered an extension of that Unit rather than an independent Red Cross entity as well as under the rules and regulations of Florida A&M University. Guided by the fundamental principles of the American Red Cross and its mission to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors, the Red Cross Rattlers will learn, practice and exemplify humanitarian values through mission-related service projects.
